The challenge
A greenhouse grower expanding to new houses needed pumps that could drive fertigation lines and high-pressure misting from a central reservoir, with consistent pressure at the far end of each house.
Our solution
We supplied 2MCP180 twin-impeller centrifugal pumps for the main irrigation manifold and VM2 vertical multistage stainless steel pumps for the misting circuits, all three-phase with matched motors.
The result
Pressure at the end of the longest lines stayed within the emitters' operating range, and the stainless steel multistage pumps handle fertiliser solutions without corrosion.
